Omen: Scepter of Whispers

Thorns of omens attack a random nearby enemy every 5 seconds, dealing magic damage.^[1]

Flavor text

The scepter of a man who brought his kingdom to its demise.

Correction: “dealing damage according to the higher Attack Power between Physical Attack and Magic Attack.” — The omen thorns deal magic damage.
The thorn hit is set to the magic damage attribute; it does not select whichever attack stat is higher.
