Increases cooldown speed of all spirits by 15%. Amplifies damage dealt to enemies with spirits by 5%. When Oberon is existent, additionally amplify damage dealt to enemies with spirits by 15%. Upon receiving fatal damage, release the Bottled Faeling and restore 25% of HP to survive death (destroys the item).
