Upon using a skill, increases Physical Attack and Magic Attack by 30% and decreases skill cooldown speed by 20% for 5 seconds (stacks infinitely). The effect does not activate if your skill cooldown speed stat is 20% or below. If your skill cooldown speed is lower than 20%, decrease stacks until your skill cooldown speed is 20% or higher.
