Passive effect

Holding down the attack button initiates concentrating, and when fully completed its attack is enhanced. While concentrating, all attacks from the front are nullified. Based on the HP of the HP barrier, amplifies Physical attack by up to 30%. Tackle: Dashes are considered as attacks. Cannot dash consecutively.

Iron DefenseSwap

When swapping, a guardian shield appears, dealing Physical damage. Creates an HP barrier with 10 HP for 10 seconds.

Shield Bash Cooldown: 8 s

Blocks the next incoming attack and pushes them away with a guardian shield, dealing Physical damage. When the counterattack is successful, gains an HP barrier with 10 HP for 5 seconds.

Shield Smash Cooldown: 10 s

Smashes the enemies with its guardian shield, dealing Physical damage, and gains an HP barrier with 10 HP for 5 seconds.

Shield Charge Cooldown: 13 s

Raises its guardian shield to gain an HP barrier with 5 HP for 5 seconds, charges forward while pushing away enemies, and performs a charging attack, dealing Physical damage.

Shield Rush Cooldown: 25 s

Gains an HP barrier with 5 HP for 10 seconds, amplifies Physical attack by 20%, and greatly increases concentration speed when attacking.

Recommended Choose in Dark Mirror when you can maintain a barrier. Its benefits end when the barrier breaks.

How to Play

From Rare, use frontal blocking while concentrating; from Unique, turn barriers into physical attack. Common has no frontal block, and barrier scaling is capped. Generate barriers with Shield Smash, then use Shield Rush to charge basic attacks faster. Dodge attacks from behind and restore a broken barrier first. The simulator adds recommended candidates up to the slot limit. Remove or replace them as needed.

Why It Works

Start with physical equipment around Courage 2 and Arms 2. Use Architect’s Breastplate for a short barrier and Attendant’s Pauldrons for faster concentration. Add Hunter's Wooden Longbow once critical chance is sufficient. You do not need all three items to begin.
